it is completely okay,
to be at a place in our lives where we are changing.
it’s actually what life is all about,
our evolution as a human.
how can we choose every single day to be present and mindful?
make each day easy on ourselves.
don’t raise personal expectations; keep life simple.
focus on what makes you, as a human, feel the best and hopefully it will involve serving others.
i want to use my voice to help others.
and now that I know this about myself,
i am free.
i know what i want.
therefore, i will work for what i want every day.
some days are harder than others.
some tests i fail.
but what is important is how we react to said failures.
it took all the courage i thought i had to get through these past few months.
turns out, when you truly love yourself and accept yourself, putting effort into passionate projects and being able to identify and disregard distractions are much easier than previously fathomed.
it may seem like this is as good as its going to get for you, but you have no idea what your ceiling is. we do not have ceilings as humans, we create them for no reason.
i always enjoy going back to my quote “we’re not aware of what we are unaware of.”
it’s a simple quote.
if you are under the impression that you are always mindful and there’s nothing that’s wrong, and no growth is available because everything is perfect: you have already lost the battle.
you are simply unaware of your faults, reality, and true feelings and true effect on people.
everyone is uncomfortable sometimes, we are humans. adversity breeds beauty if we let it.
i can feel my old self dissolving, in the best way, and life is starting to make much more sense.
if i hated you, or you think i hate you right now while reading this, i can assure you that you take up no headspace anymore in my mind.
i have forgiven you.
i forgive you now.
we all make choices.
we all make mistakes.
i can’t let you rent out a spot in my brain any longer.
we will all get through this.
just take a walk.
call someone you love.
apologize to someone for hurting them.
let genuineness seep out of your soul and think about nothing more.
i am no preacher,
i know next to nothing,
but i am a man who respects myself now.
